By accessing or using the JobsterU website or platform, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

JobsterU is a career and placement platform for universities, operated by SkillsterX FZ-LLC, Ras Al Khaimah, United Arab Emirates.

The platform is intended for universities, their authorised staff and students, and employers participating in university recruitment activity.

Universities are responsible for the accounts they create, the staff they authorise, and the accuracy of the information they provide.

Universities may invite students to connect or activate their profiles. Student accounts remain associated with the individual student and may integrate with JobsterX where enabled. A university may upload student data or issue invitations, but it does not own the student's personal JobsterX account.

Employers may be granted access to post opportunities and participate in recruitment activity with participating universities, subject to any applicable agreement.

You agree not to misuse the platform, attempt unauthorised access, upload unlawful or harmful content, scrape data, or use the service for any purpose other than legitimate career and placement activity.

Universities confirm that they have the right to share any student or institutional data uploaded to the platform, and remain responsible for its accuracy.

Training sessions and events listed on the platform are organised by the relevant university, employer or partner. Details may change or be cancelled by the organiser.

Some opportunities link to third-party registration or application pages. Those pages are governed by their own terms, which you should review before submitting information.

Recruitment drives are coordinated between universities and employers. JobsterU provides the coordination tools and does not control selection decisions.

Interview schedules, offers and placement outcomes recorded on the platform are provided by universities and employers. We do not guarantee any interview, offer or placement.

The platform, its software, branding and content are owned by SkillsterX FZ-LLC or its licensors. No rights are granted other than the limited right to use the service.

The platform may rely on or link to third-party services. We are not responsible for the availability, content or practices of those services.

We aim to keep the platform available and reliable, but access may be interrupted for maintenance, updates or reasons outside our control.

We may suspend or terminate access where these terms are breached, where required by law, or where an underlying agreement ends.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SkillsterX FZ-LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the platform.

We may add, modify or remove features as the platform develops.

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page indicates when they were last revised.

JobsterU operates as part of SkillsterX FZ-LLC, Ras Al Khaimah, United Arab Emirates.
