JobsterU is a career and placement platform operated by SkillsterX FZ-LLC, registered in Ras Al Khaimah, United Arab Emirates. This policy explains what information we collect through our website and platform, how we use it, and the choices available to you.

We collect information you provide directly, such as your name, work or university email address, institution, role and any message you send us. We also collect limited technical information about your visit, such as browser type and pages viewed.

Universities may upload or share student records so that career services teams can manage placements. This information is processed on behalf of the university, which remains responsible for the accuracy and lawful sharing of that data.

Employers may provide company details, contact information, job and internship listings, and recruitment drive details. This information is used to connect employers with participating universities and eligible students.

When you join the waitlist we store the details you submit, including your name, email, institution and areas of interest, so we can contact you about early access.

We use information to operate and improve the platform, respond to enquiries, manage waitlist and onboarding, provide support, and maintain the security and reliability of our services.

JobsterU may integrate with JobsterX to support student profiles and job matching. Where such an integration is enabled, relevant information may be shared between the services to deliver the features requested by the university or the student.

We do not sell personal information. We share information only with the university or employer involved in a given interaction, with service providers who support our operations, or where required by applicable law.

Authorised university administrators can access student and placement information relating to their own institution in order to manage career services activity.

We use essential cookies to operate the website and may use basic analytics to understand usage. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

We retain information for as long as needed to provide the service, meet the requirements of the relevant university or employer agreement, and comply with legal obligations.

We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect information against unauthorised access, loss or misuse. No system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Subject to applicable law, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information. Where data is held on behalf of a university, we will direct such requests to that institution.

We operate from the United Arab Emirates and may use service providers located in other countries. Where information is transferred internationally, we take steps to protect it.

Our website and platform may link to external sites, including employer registration pages. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites.
